3 Interviews with 3 different Managers on the same day. STAR question formats for interview. Each manager is different so see if you can figure out what their style is, how they communicate. Do exactly what you would do with a physician when you are trying to sell them. That's what they want to see. So develop a relationship as quickly as possible with your interviewer, be endearing, passionate and trustworthy.

I was brought in for what I thought was one initial interview. Ended up interviewing with 2 CTL's back to back. About an hour each. On my drive home I was called by one of the CTL's to come back in for a third interview by the Director. Overall all great experience and great people.
