Merck KGaA IT Engineer interview questions

Remote interviews with managers in 3 different countries. In-person interview with hiring manager in the office. Not so many technical questions, more about ability to work in globalized unstructured environments. The interviewers had very different descriptions and views of the position. They did not seem to understand each other or have discussed the position. One of them spoke endlessly using jargon and terminology that had nothing to do with technical aspects of the job.
