I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Merck KGaA (Rockville, MD) in Apr 2016
Interview
Attended a job fair type event. Was asked simple questions about my resume, nothing too technical. Talked to five different management groups for ten minutes each, they mainly asked about the skills listed on my resume and to describe my previous work experience. They were very interested to know about team work skills, and if a tedious job would bore me.

Question 1
Introduce your self and the reason for application
they do not give you an interview unless you have someone in the company to recommend you. I do not like their application process at all cause they won't even give you a reason for declining you even when you had all their criteria.
