I applied online. I interviewed at Merck (West Point, PA)
Interview
-Want to ensure you are comfortable with working the hours
-Behavioral questions will be asked
-a lot of follow ups w each question will be asked
-Interviewer is not very peppy
The interview process was dense, with multiple interviews. Workday was used to update your status within the system. The interviewers were kind, but not very personable and hard to interact with.
Applied in September. Got an email about a phone interview in January. Was asked to come into the West Point facility to interview in person. This consisted of a meet and greet followed by a break out session of 3 consecutive 30min interviews. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly.
Even though I thought it went very well, I was not offered a position. I found out the following day.
