Interview
I was let in by a member of the operations team and she introduced me to the Senior Manager of the facility, who conducts all interviews. We sat down in a conference room and he basically explained the entire company background as well as the science behind the production of monoclonal antibodies and some of the regulatory bodies USDA like ISO etc that they are subject to. Then he explained some of the job duties and gave me a tour of the facility and asked if I had any questions. He also briefly reviewed my resume and asked about my lab experience. No offer because as expected there was another candidate with more experience! But overall this was a great interview process, I felt very calm and confident since the senior manager is a nice person and very kind and respectful.

Interview
You get a tour of the facility where they show and explain some of the tasks in the manufacturing process, and they tell you what to expect. Not too many questions asked on previous experience.
