Meridian Bioscience interview questions

Application was online via an automated system that did not allow for a cover letter. It took 47 days before any contact was made and that consisted of an email stating "We have carefully reviewed your qualifications and have made the decision to pursue other applicants at this time."

Initial phone interview at Astrix (contracting company). Interview on site at Meridian Innovation Center with Director, Scientist, and other research associates in the department. Scientist explained department, hierarchy, job duties, company goals and purpose. Research associates explained company culture, work environment, career ladder, and workplace dynamics. Director explained LAMP-pcr technology.
