There will be a multitude of interviews as this role is a corporate function based at a divisional level. You will likely first meet with a Talent Manager in house and take a PI Test, you will then meet with a Regional Marketing director that you will report to, if you make it past that you will more then likely interview with some division leadership including the VP of Sales and Division President as there is a dotting line to them for job functionality, if that goes well you will meet with the VP of field marketing. Many times a Peer Interview is also set up which I really appreciated as this would be someone in the job function you will be doing and they have a wealth of knowledge and can really get you a feel for the day to day.
