Merkle Graduate Paid Social Account Manager interview questions

After making my application I was promptly emailed asking for my availability for a telephone interview. Despite saying that I was available for a call the following day, I received no confirmation for the time I suggested. I prepared for the interview and waited for the call, but received nothing. I emailed them asking if something had gone wrong, but again I received no reply. I emailed another department to find out what had happened, but didn't receive a response from them until a week later. They apologised saying that the interviewer had gone on holiday, and asked again if I would be available for an interview. I gave them another date, yet they didn't confirm, and again failed to call me on the date specified. I then received another apologetic email asking when I was available, I told them that I was available the following week, but this time asked them to suggest a time. This time I did get the call, but the interviewer seemed uninterested in anything I had to say.
