It was a three stage process made up of a telephone interview, a group interview, and finally a presentation and Q&A session with senior company members. At the group stage we were expected to have prepared a few answers around our own interests, and we were also asked to answer one PPC-related question. This was then followed by a group task designed to assess our teamwork skills. At the final stage I was asked to present a campaign structure, and I was then asked to justify some of my decisions, as well as to explain more generally my motivations for applying. At all stages I found my interviewers very friendly, and after the group interview I was given very comprehensive and helpful feedback. Overall I would say it was a well designed interview process, but the group and final interview definitely required some knowledge of PPC and the industry as a whole so background reading was essential.
