      Interview

Awful experience- no shows on some calls. London office periscopix team. Had telephone, face to face and presentation to do on Jo Malone programmatic planning. The heads of didn't even understand their own brief so started asking about irrelevant things. e.g. why all channels were not covered (the brief said PROGRAMMATIC), brand creative (the brief said assume creative is ready), we didn't want tactical strategy (attached to the brief was some first party data). Honestly total waste of time and nonsense. I suggested the team have bullet points next time on a brief for structure and avoid vagueness, one manager responded with "we did that on purpose." ....well that's silly9...
