Interview
The interview stages were encouraging and rewarding – they consisted of a phone interview, a group stage, and then an individual presentation for the final stage. I had detailed feedback at every stage from the friendly staff who helped guide me through the process. Altogether, I thought the process was engaging and caused me to understand more about the company and what the role involved, which was really useful because I didn’t know much about PPC initially. This was my first interview for a graduate scheme, and throughout the entire process I appreciated how supportive and understanding the recruiters were. I was never made to feel like I was out of my depth, or that I couldn’t do the tasks set. Overall, the process was challenging, but immensely rewarding, as it gave me valuable experience and insight into the role, company, and industry.
