The phone screen was around a 30 minute conversation about my background and why I was interviewed. There is a group panel coming up with 4 different employees over 2 hours, split into one hour blocks with 2 employees.

Interview
Be prepared to solve problems with the equation sheet they provided you in the email. Memorize the formulas and know how to apply them. I was not prepared for this. The interview was two hours long. First hour with 2 people, second hour with 2 new people.

They will ask you to pick two advertising platforms. Then they will provide the volume of impressions, clicks, or cost for both platforms. Be able to solve for CPM, CPA, CPC, ect. Then use those answers to determine which advertising platform a company should go with.
