The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and I had a phone screen with her and the hiring manager. After that I had a 4 hour interview and presentation with the team that went well. The recruiter reached out a few days later saying everyone agreed I was a good fit but that they went with someone else. This was fine, but the recruiter insisted I interview with other data analysis teams. So I did several more interviews and got an offer. However, she never sent me the offer letter and completely ghosted me despite multiple emails I sent her. She reached out a few months later saying she was sorry and offering to connect me to other hiring managers. She then completely ghosted me again and I have no heard back since. It was very disrespectful of my time and it seems like the HR department is a total mess there. It was truly a horrible experience.
