An HR employee reached out to me the day after I submitted my application and set an interview with me. The interview went VERY well. The interviewer seemed really invested in the conversation. At the end of the interview, the interviewer told me they wanted to move forward to the next interview steps with me, introduce me to the team, and would set up a second interview by the end of the week. After no update, I followed up THREE times. It's been over a month and I've received no response of any kind. Not even a "we're moving forward with other applicants." Be mindful of the possibility they will ghost you, which is DEEPLY unprofessional and says a lot about how they possibly treat their employees.
