I had to meet with a lot of people individually and discuss my past experience. Each person had questions for me. I think I spent 30 minutes each with about 6 people; was taken to lunch, then made a presentation at the end of the interview and was able to show work. But just as important was letting them know who I am as a person. They look for a cultural fit for the company. It took all day.
