I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Merkle (Denver, CO) in Jul 2013
Interview
One phone screen where they see if you are a potential fit for the culture.
Followed up by a 3 hour in person interview, where you will meet multiple people who you will work with. The emphasis on culture is much more prevalent than that of your skillet.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Merkle in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied online and they were pretty responsive, asking for a telephone interview within the same week. After that, a skype interview was organised in place of a face to face. They were very personable and made me feel as if, at times, I was just having a chat.

Question 1
Why did you choose to study your university course?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Merkle (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2014
Interview
Multiple phone interviews with the recruiter and hiring manager before coming in to meet the team. After I met the team in person (twice), I was asked to return to do a presentation to a large group. I was told this is a 'Merkle' requirement and SOP. I was not given much direction on the presentation (topic, format, etc.) so went with my best guess. I did get the job so assume my 'guess' worked.
