I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Merry Maids (Memphis, TN) in Aug 2011
Interview
The process took over 2 months. I had several phone interviews with multiple levels of management. I had basically given up on the process. They were not great at getting back to me to let me know where in the process I was. The communication was subpar at best. After the several phone interviews. I then had a one on one interview with the regional manager. That was then followed by a panel interview as well as role playing exercises at the companies home office in Memphis.

How do you handle the friction between sales and operations?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Merry Maids (Memphis, TN)
Interview
Long and drawn out. From the time I was contacted until my first day in the job was about 60 days. Several interviews including the recruiter, HR manager, regional manager, and VP of operations were done. As well as IQ test, personality tests, psychological test and mock presentation were all done. I believe the process has been tweaked since I was hired but it is still very long. If I had been offered another job before this process was completed I most likely would have taken it.
