I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meso Scale Diagnostics in Jul 2026
Interview
recruiter call, then 6 interviews, split into 3 stages. the questions were going through resume, technical questions, and Leet code easy. most of the interviewers were nice & it felt conversational, with the exception of one where it felt like an interrogation. The recruiter was hard to reach during the process, and sent me two different job descriptions, which was confusing. It was frustrating to go through 6 interviews and then get rejected in the end, for a level 1 position.
