Meta Communications Manager interview questions

Interview screen plus 5 rounds of interviews . Well supported via HR throughout - regular check ins and clear overview of what would be discussed in each interview provided in advance. The only downside is no feedback

Process was straightforward and moved fast. My recruiter fully prepped me so I felt very prepared for each conversation I had. I had a screening call --> call with hiring manager --> meeting with four stakeholders --> writing assignment. I made it to the final round but they went with an internal candidate. This was the only thing about the process that rubbed me the wrong way. I wish I had known I was going up against someone internal.
