Process is not bad if they were to follow what they tell you the process is.. Phone interview then interview with Admin team then onsite you are given specific dates of when these occur but my experience was they dont mean anything.. You send follow up emails and never hear back from recruiters guess because they are FB and think everyone wants to work there they dont need to have respect for potential employees or their time.
Applied, never heard from recruiter, only ever received a text from their AI saying someone would be in touch. I received a phone call on a random day and it was the hiring manager saying he was calling for the phone interview that was scheduled and that if I needed to reschedule I should contact my recruiter… I hadn’t heard from a recruiter and went to the AI which put me in a circle of responses saying someone would eventually reach out.
Recruiter contacted asking for availability, Hr pre-screen via phone call, got more details about the business unit and team, recuiter worked together to help with process, followed by full loop interview. Fast and transparent process
It was a good process, always informed and well structured on it. I had one interview with HR, one with the leaders and I had to complete some tests. Tha's it I have to share.
