I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Meta
Interview
Recruiter phone call then a bluejeans (Skype) with a Product Specialist for 45 minutes. Overall pretty laid back and casual both times, neither call nor skype was the interviewer very responsive.

Question 1
What FB product do you use the most? How would you improve it?
Applied and got an email for a phone screen. Thought the phone screen went well. The call took about 30 minutes and it was the standard questions. Got a rejection the next day
It’s like a stripped down version of a PM interview. Focus on prioritization questions and teamwork questions. Easy SQL question. “How would you design a queue system for a restaurant?”

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Mountain View, CA)
Interview
Interview was okay in difficulty. The annoying thing was that everyone was reading a script word for word. Like literally you can see them read the script during the interview. The interviewers didn't have the ability to articulate their own thoughts, just stuck to the script. Sometimes my responses already addressed what their script's follow up question asked..and yet they asked it again and it made things really awkward. Avoided a bullet though as this company is now on its way to self-destruct.

Question 1
SQL test, a lot of 'tell me about a time when' questions, and projects you've worked on
