Interview
The process consisted of 2 interview sessions. The first one was just a coding interview for 45 minutes. 40 mins to do two tasks, 5 mins to ask your interviewer some questions.
The second one was "onsite" and consisted of behavioral (questions about your experiences) and two coding interviews(just like the first one).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The last coding question was: you have a map with heights(a matrix). You start at level 0 and want to reach as high as possible. You can go to the adjacent cell if the height difference is <= 100.
You also have one equipment(like rope), which will allow you to go to any height difference once.
The process is straightforward and designed to help us get to know each other. It moves through a few stages at a comfortable pace, involves conversations with several team members, and focuses on making sure it's a good mutual fit.

Interview
Had an initial recuriter call and then scheduled a coding round with 2 leetcode questions. Practicing Meta-tagged leetcode questions would help prepare for this round. Interviewers expect clear communication and code.
Generic LeetCode-style questions, many tagged as Meta, so extensive preparation is required to perform well in the technical interview. The experience varies significantly - some interviewers provide hints and guidance, while others expect candidates to solve problems independently with minimal assistance.
