Questions asked were good. Interviewer tried to cover most of the areas to get overall view for taking
decision
The Interviewer was not pleasant and was taking the interview as if someone is annoyed with something
before taking interview. Found little rude. No patience in listening. No opportunity for asking any
questions
Loop interview :
The technical interview objective was not aligned with what was communicated during telephonic
interview. Interview was not planned properly. Very limited focus and random. Interviewer not utilized
the time best of it which is essential for any technical interview.
Design interview topic was found irrelevant for the role or vaguely and remotely related. It was
completely related to different stream area. Not sure how interviewer can relate and take best
judgement from it
Behavioral round interviewer was lacking overall other industry knowledge so not able to understand
from that perspective and limited to what wanted to hear.
No feedback provided after completion of interview which anyone expects after spending long time on process.

Initial Screening, Domain, Design, Behavioral, Customer.
The interviewers were kind and friendly. Overall a good experience.
Lengthy and challenging; yet rewarding for those who enjoy allowing people to get inside their brain. The biggest key, is confidence and your willingness to solve a problem. I’ve learned a problem can result from either a Process, Person, or Product.

Interview
Sourcer reached out about the role. After screening, one interview with team Manager, and then a virtual on-site loop consisting of 5-6 interviews. Feedback was good and was moving forward in the offer process, however I got caught up in the hiring freeze. When I contacted my recruiter at the start of 2023, who appears to still be employed at Meta, I received no response. While I sympathize with those at Meta worried about their jobs, or have already lost one, it's disappointing to be ghosted after putting so much time and effort into the process. Also my entire interview history was wiped from their portal, as if nothing had ever occurred.
