I was thrilled to be contacted and spent a lot of time polishing my experiences, discussing them as well as standard behavioral and geniunely customizing my "why" responses. The phone screening had some unexpected product questions, which I answered with with deliberation and without difficulty and after I joked with the interviewer that I didn't anticipate that but enjoyed the thought exercise. Even though she praised my answer and process, I got a rejection the next day. Really frustrating to have no feedback as all I did was expand on my resume, but I've heard the other rounds are very upfront and clearly defined (ie what skills to exhibit, what to expect)
