Had a phone screen with the recruiter, which I thought went well. She promised to follow up 'soon'. 2 weeks go by and no word. She apologizes for delay and explains that they are doing headcount. I ping for an update, and receive a reply that the role had been filled - 1 week later. Very unprofessional, poor experience. Waste of my time and energy.

Interview
Meet with recruiter. Sent my updated resume. I got connected via LinkedIn. My first time using it so that was nice. I really enjoyed speaking with the recruiter, very knowledgeable.
3 Rds: 1 - Recruiter 2- Hiring Manager 3 - Team Member Interview was all done remote. Nice and pleasant interview. Recruiter will screen candidate. If chosen to move on the Hiring manager will then interview after scheduling with a coordinator. If you made it to the 3rd interview. A team member will interview you. Mixed of behavioral and situational questions,
Phone screening, then a phone call, then an onsite interview. Went relatively quickly but the recruiter I was working with went on vacation and I felt like I got lost in the process and after reaching out several times was connected to someone else who then told me that I did not get the offer.
