Multiple rounds of interviews. Hands-on technical assessment in addition to behavioral interviews. Python and SQL assessments are done via leetcode-type examples. Python tests are timed, and you should be very familiar with working with coding Python quickly.

HR person sent me an email asking for several slot options. Took her a week to respond. Then, she was late nearly 7-8 minutes for a 30m interview. Asked general questions, ended the interview ahead of time and of course after some time, rejection email came in, with no explanation whatsoever.

Quick & efficient, they had found an internal candidate but the referral process was easy and notified both the referrer and myself at every point. You can only submit one resume but can have it apply to multiple job postings. The downside is you will be matched to the job description by keyword analysis so it is better to have multiple referrers for each job you would like to apply for
