The recruiter handled everything well and kept the process steady. The issue came in the final round. The communication gap with the engineer was significant enough that it disrupted the flow of the interview. Questions weren’t clear, follow-ups didn’t land, and the conversation never found a productive rhythm. It made it hard to show my skills or understand what they were really evaluating.
If they want stronger interviews, they need to ensure candidates and interviewers can communicate clearly, either by pairing interviewers more effectively or offering clearer structure during the technical round.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Meta (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2022
Interview
Recruiter was very rude, rushed the interview. Wasnt technical at all, seemed to just repeating a script. When the answer didnt match precisely with the scripts expectation, I was immediately dropped.

Question 1
Asked about "pipelines", with no context to projects Ive worked on or hypothetical projects. Vague. Didn't communicate clearly and spoke quickly, seemed to be trying to move on to the next person they had to call.
