I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Methodist Healthcare System (San Antonio, TX) in Jun 2012
Interview
Very easy and positive, maybe too easy? First I went to a job fair for the Methodist system as a whole. They made you choose right away if you wanted to apply to critical care or med-surg (I swapped badge colors with another interviewee in the main interview room in order to interview with both critical care and med-surge).... Then I was called back for peer interviews with 2 different units a two different hospitals. TheThen it was another few weeks before the offer was decided.
