Interview was based off of a booklet of questions from different categories from patient care, to personal questions like strengths and weaknesses. At the time the interview was one on one where the very first question was what is patient care to you? The interview was fairly quick.

A patient was scheduled for a test at 9:30am is now 10am and the patient has not been taken to get his test done. The patient is now starting to get irritable. How would you diffuse the situation?
