The interview was a two part process. The initial interview is completed one on one and part two is completed with a nurse and the hiring manager. There was about a week between both interviews.

Roughly 15 min interview with scenario based questions that gage ability to differentiate perception of patients with highest priority of care or attention. Took a tour of the unit after the interview.
