Interview itself was relaxed. No over the top tension. Interview with Nurse Administrator, then peer interview with RN and PCA. It was clear I got the job the same day but was contacted by HR two days later. It took 5 days to be contacted by HR after submitting application online. Called and scheduled interview for that week.
