The interview was smooth. They normally have a mixture of managers and charge nurses available for a meet and greet. They also have the ability to shadow to make sure the unit is a good fit.

Straight to the point. Will ask you why are you interested in the area you're applying for. Most of the recruiters were nice and will ask if you have any other questions for them.
The interview process was simple and efficient. I was able to view the units and the interviewers answered my questions well. None of the questions were out of the blue types of questions.
