Interview
I sent my application through linkedin & they sent a form to schedule an interview. The only available interview dates where 3 weeks in advance which is VERY strange The interviewer called me 1 hour early, so I obviously didnt pick up. we are in the same timezone so there shouldve been no issue there. I sent them and email and they rescheduled with me the next day on the reschedule-ed day, the interviewer called me 15 minutes late. they just asked me basic HR questions + questions about my tech stack. they had no idea what the hell they were doing. They asked me if i knew "spark" and i asked if she meant apache spark as a test and she started fumbling saying that she didnt know. it was embarrassing. she then started saying i was a good candidate and whatnot & that theyd contact me in a couple days a couple days later I got an email saying i was rejected. this company is hot trash

Interview
Phone screening with a recruiter followed by an hour-long virtual technical interview with the team. The phone screener was unaware of the contract length or candidate qualifications of the person he was interviewing. Called me for a contract they were only sure would last another month.
Quick and easy, only one 30 minute round with a manager and senior. Offer the next day. Questions were fairly easy, just relevant about your background and job posting. Need a few words.
