They arranged phone interviews first with various HR and management people. I got a call fairly quickly after submitting my resume with an HR person or two and another phone call a week later from the department manager. A couple weeks after that, they arranged a face-to-face interview in a hotel room with the department manager, a regional manager, and sales manager. I got some pretty favorable signs that they thought I was a good fit for the job, but then they never called me back. I was in the process of negotiating a better position anyway so did not query them about the status of the opportunity, but it would have been nice common courtesy to at least get a form-email saying I didn't get the job.
