I was initially approach about the position from one of the advisers working in the office. I had to make a profile on the Miami jobs website, submit a resume, and cover letter. I was then called to schedule an interview. I was interviewed by both the director of the office and administrative assistant. It was very calm and a friendly atmosphere.
