Interview
Two rounds of interviews. First round is a two on one interview with a current RA and hall director. Second round is a group interview in which you are placed in various scenarios and required to find solutions to problems. Interview
Meet with a current resident director and they ask how you would respond in various situations. They aim to get a sense of how you handle stressful situations and how you interact with others.
First there was a group interview where you rotated through different situations to see how you reacted in specific situations relating to the position. Then there was an individual interview with a Resident Director and current Resident Assistant from a randomly assigned building.
