Had to submit video screen. They then submit prework requiring a presentation for the formal interview. Interview was via Zoom and a two-part process with direct team and larger panel.

Presentation required with answers to strategic questions.
It was fine. I applied, heard back within a few weeks and interviewed. There were several interviews over 2 days with multiple people and a hiring committee. I was offer the position within a few weeks.
