I applied online and got a call from them a few days later. The manager was really friendly and nice and asked very basic interview questions, as well as a few of the questions on the online application. After the interview, the manager said that they would send an email requesting a background check, and after calling several times, I gave up trying to get the job. (I called about 5 times, asking for them to resend the email, etc., checked spam and everything, never receiving it. I gave up after a while because I didn't want to be that person.)
