Applied online through snagajob and was called the next day for an interview. I arrived early and ended up sitting there for a while. Once the interview started most of the questions were "name a time when..." questions which I had a hard time coming up with answers. I thought I did badly but was called an hour later and offered the position.

It was pretty straight forward and not a hard interview. It was a one on one interview so it was personal and I got to speak directly with the hiring manager.

Simple and fast interview process, background check is an easy online submission. Applied online and 2 days later got a phone call to schedule an interview. Interview was a few days later and got a call the next day to submit background check and received a call with my schedule.

Simple and easy - pleasant woman told me about the position and asked whether I could do it, then about my availability. Asked if I would be pleasant with customers and outgoing, and if I would actively organize things on the floor and keep moving.
