Interview
Interview with store manager including availability, experience and pay. Manager will submit pay to HR and Hr usually comes back with an offer lower. After acceptance there will be a background check and usually within 2 weeks you can start work.
I did not like it. I do not like people and I should have just went with a remote job. The manager sucked and did not like me either> but its ok i did not want to work there either
