Went to the back room, asked pretty basic stuff, biggest weakness, a time a provided excellent customer service. Had me do some basic math. They Gave me a verbal job offer, then ghosted me. 👍🏻

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.
