When you get invited to their hiring party expect to wait hours in line for your interview. Then when you finally get inside the manager doing the interview was friendly. The downside was being told that they don’t want students even though they were hiring for a part time.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.
