Very open and honest interview process with division manger and HR. Laid out the job roles and responsibilities and the demands of pipeline work including the travel to the working locations.
Three part interview not too difficult. They asked standard questions, first interview with HR. The last interview was with perspective boss. Interview made me feel like this company was a good fit for me.
