Interview
The interview process had 2 people. One being the Regional Manager as well as the owner. It was probably because the job was their first one in NYC that they had the owner involved. They asked a lot of questions, and they liked my personality and they kind of hinted they liked me. You just need to make sure you know what you're doing and read up on the company as much as possible.
