They asked me to tell them about myself. They also asked how I would deal with tough people and situations on a job site. They asked about my previous experiences and why I wanted to work at Michels, or what I know about them. It felt like an interrogation on how I would deal with difficult situations/people by asking me how I would handle real-life scenarios, considering I was getting into construction.
