Interview
I was interviewed on phone first. The interview was kind of mock and went ok. After that i came to Michigan for a personal interview which started with a dinner on the first night. Next day i gave a presentation followed by a panel discussion and group lunch.

Interview
Lunch with the group, in a restaurant, very friendly and informal. We negotiate further for salary, obligations, and expectations from both sides. People from the group also asked questions and were interested in my personality.
