First interview was a Zoom meeting with 5 people. It was overwhelming and uncomfortable. They were condescending and rude. I did not feel welcomed. It seemed clear to me that I was not of interest to them as an outside candidate. They asked basic “tell-me-about-yourself” questions but it was clear they were not interested in the answers.
