The interview process was efficient and quick. I appreciated the thoughtful questions and the opportunity to meet several others within the department during the interview. I thought the interview itself was an appropriate time, about one hour, and I felt they took the time to get to know me as an individual rather than trying to assess if I can fit into the vacancy they need to fill.
