I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Micro Focus (Bengaluru) in Jul 2022
Interview
There were 2 technical interview rounds + 1 manager round + 1 HR round. The interview process was smooth but after asking me to wait for final compensation review, there was no call. When I tried contacting them, they asked me to wait and there was no clarity. After wasting my two days, when I called them, they said company is going for hiring freeze. HR makes the compensation process very secretive. They want the candidate to accept offer without disclosing full compensation details and will make you feel guilty about asking for the desired salary, and exact details about joining bonus and will discourage you by saying that if you will ask more, then after economic depression, there will be no job available for you. A smooth interview experience is all that is required, a candidate is ready to move on if expectations are not met but being unprofessional is not desirable at all.

Manager you'd be under is tough and toxic.
Initial Call with manager. His personality was rough and therefore to the point. Asked a series of questions and was very blunt.
Second interview was a hackerrank/leetcode exercise. Unlike other live coding exercises, this one you have to remote share and you can't use outside sources such as Google. I believe the expectation is that you need to know everything and anything dealing with code--lol.
Received email after reaching out after a week and received a passive aggressive toxic response. So, yeah, bullet dodged.
