I appeared for interview for there IT Operations product . This is the HPE acquired business. Cleared the telephonic round and was called for F2F interview.2 folks came to interview together. During interview both were sleeping in between when i was talking. Looked like they have been in company on same product for long and in there comfort zone.They seemed to work as pure manager with no technical no how. Any answer beyond few lines they will intervene or obstruct. keep yawning in between , which will any way make interviewee's whether he should speak or stop. Also on people mgmt just keep asking instead of improving team morale how can you continuously screw your team members. Imagine what kind of culture company has. A strict no to any one. Company has been in news for all bad reasons and seems that shows in culture as well.
