I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Micro Focus (New York, NY) in Sep 2019
Interview
Got call from HR and had initial round of discussion and then agreed to schedule telephonic round around 3.00 clock. But got call from same number at scheduled time to say it's going to happen by 5.00, said OK . Got call from interviewer started with brief introduction and work that am doing, I could able to answer most of the questions, there were couple weird questions like , if you call two methods with same logic and only differ in access modifier from main method which one will run first 😢. Interview was behaving like father of computer science and was behaving as if he knows everything in world, no patience to listen to response. Took around 45 minutes to finish interview.
I have a habit that If am confident that I have done good then only to go check for update, so did same here also, but even after following up 3 times no reply. These people are not serious about hiring, better ignore to attend if you get a call from this company. I can attach even email communication here for reference. If candidates are investing time in attending interview, they have every rights to get feedback no matter whatever the results are.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Micro Focus (Bengaluru) in Feb 2022
Interview
Worst interview experience.
Before interview I mentioned specifically the offer I was holding and my expectations.
I was told it will be matched. Went through long interview process.
1st technical round - 1hr interview- theory and coding
2nd round - 2hrs interview- theory, coding and behavioral scenario based questions
3rd round - 1hr- managerial - scenario based questions
4th HR round- 15 mins
The interview process was very detailed but at the end was told they can not offer me the expected salary. On asking how much can be offered, the answer was the same salary that I was getting from my current organization.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Micro Focus (Çankaya, Ankara) in Nov 2021
Interview
Their interview process is not professional with respect to company profile. There were 3 people in the meeting and one of them was a manager. He had an extremely tense and negative energy. During the interview, he scolded one of the other interviewees in my presence. I was shocked. The funniest thing is that they made a comeback 11 months after they made the interview. Even if there were positive returns, the culture of an executive who scolds a team member next to a candidate is something I would never prefer.
